Welcome to Steeples (“we,” “our,” “us”), an online platform operated in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Steeples helps users find local Catholic parishes, view schedules for Mass, Confession, and other devotions, and make donations to parishes that participate in our platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Steeples. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Steeples provides parish listings, schedule data, and optional donation features through Stripe. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is up to date or error-free.

4. Parish and User Accounts

Registered parish administrators may update parish information. You agree to provide accurate details and safeguard your login credentials. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination.

5. Donations

Donations are processed through Stripe. Steeples does not store payment information and is not responsible for Stripe-related disputes.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, scrape, or resell Steeples data without consent.
• Do not interfere with our servers or misuse the platform.
• Do not impersonate others or submit false parish data.

7. Intellectual Property

All Steeples trademarks, designs, and content are our property or used under license. You may only use data for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Steeples is provided “as is,” without warranty. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steeples and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
